Hibiscus Tea is good for:
- Lowering blood pressure
- Antioxidants
- Liver health
- Boost Immune System
- Fights Inflammation
You will need:
- Small pot
- Tea pot or another pot
- Hibiscus leaves
- Water
- Sugar
- Big spoon for mixing
- Strainer
- Pitcher
How to make hibiscus tea:
- Take your small empty pot and place it on the stove
- Boil some water
- Place strainer on top of the empty pot
- Pour hibiscus leaves in the strainer
- Take your hot water and pour it over the hibiscus leaves
- Let it steep for at least 10 minutes
- Drain the hibiscus flowers and set it aside
- Pour the tea inside your pitcher
- Add sugar and lemon until you get your desired taste
- You can reuse the hibiscus flowers about 2-3x.
- Serve hot or place in the fridge until chilled
