African Black Soap originated from the Yoruba people in west African countries like Ghana and Nigeria. Created centuries ago, black soap is a powerhouse for the skin health of west Africans. Packed with natural antibacterial properties and sun protection, this soap can be used on any skin type. This soap can help treat many dermatological conditions like acne, dry skin and hyperpigmentation. With the progression of technology, Americans are now able to use black soap and experience its amazing benefits. Black soap is made from palm kernel oil, coconut oil, and cocoa pod ash. It also has shea butter or shea tree bark, plantain skin ash, natural vitamin E, stearin oil, and water. This soap will leave your skin squeaky clean striping away dirt and oil. This soap’s natural fragrance is refreshing and does not irritate your skin.

Not all black soap is the same.
